This course is structured and comes with weekly course materials (PDF).  

It is also a support group, every session you can share your progress and encourage others, share tips and discuss any problems that might be experiencing.  

Being part of a group helps you to be accountable.  Having the structure of a course helps to keep you on track and gives you the tools to keep going after the course finishes.

Courses will be limited to 5 participants, giving everyone a chance to interact.

week one:     Whats stopping you from reaching your goals?
                      Dieting Myths


week two:      The science of living a healthier lifestyle
                       The effect of hormones, stress, exercise and sleep                 
Week Three:   Detoxification, blood sugar and food sensitivities


Week four:      Progress and trouble shooting, course summary, setting                         goals for the future

                   

Every week you will receive nutrition guides, exercise plans and transcript of weekly topics.
